Lexar Platinium II 4GB 60x CF Card Speed Test on Nikon D200

Video Description:
This is a memory write speed test on an Lexar Platinium II 4GB 60x Compact Flash Card using a Nikon D200 Digital SLR. The speed test consists of 1, 2, 5
20 shots. I'm shooting uncompressed RAW (NEF) which is roughly around 15.3MB per picture. The preview mode on the camera is off to avoid any processing delay.

| There higher speed card so for the particular test, the bottleneck is on the card. You can check out my other tests on youtube. This camera can do close to 8 to 9Mbps ... that's about the max but most cards are a lot slower. The next major upgrade you have is the UDMA which D300 will support and this card doesn't support that so I'll say this is probably the max you can get from this card on any camera. |
