you have to watch jailhouse rock philippines, see for yourself and be the judge. it's the inmates themselves talking, not just some pictures. if you look at some of the other videos, there's one festival in Cebu where the governess of the province, the jail management head's sister, danced with the inmates for this special presentation. I'm just an advocate and believe in the cause of this program and I think it's good. peace!
