Eh, I don't like mills that touch my head to the ground. In fact, I don't like anything that touches my head--I'm probably not going to get far with this breakdancing thing because of it. xD

Dont worry guys Theres more than one or two ways to do each power move, jus choose ur tecnique...but windmils on head are good for keeping ur shape n control but they slow tho but good for combos, I personally prefer the classic shoulder 2 shoulder tecnique u stay on the spot n ur fast but harder 2 control.

i dont know bout u guys but windmills should be ur first powermove in breakdanceing pretty much because its the easier then the flare requires less strength

these are windmills. we all know that. halos are higher. theses are just higher angled windmills. learning these will help u in the future becuz it teaches u how to use your head. learning nutcrackers, barrels, etc after learning this shouldnt be as hard as if u learned windmills the other way (low angled)
